Requirements for submission of ESTES endorsement application

1. A completed and signed application form
2. Scientific program of the meeting (preferably in English)

3. Dates and venue must not encroach on those of ESTES

4. The involvement of ESTES must be mentioned on the program

5. Representative members of ESTES must be involved in the scientific program by invitation of the organizer (travel, accommodation and registration)

6. Reduced fees must be offered to ESTES members

7. An ESTES booth appropriate to the size of the meeting must be provided at no cost

8. ESTES posters and membership forms must be presented and/or distributed during the congress or course
    

Documents to be sent to the ESTES administrative office

1. Application for endorsement completed and signed.

2. Copy of the scientific program (preferably in English)

3. Copy of the main program, with mention of ESTES

4. Floor plan of exhibition space indicating location of ESTES booth
