ESTES Webinars
The ESTES webinar series began in July 2020 in response to the travel and meeting restrictions imposed at the height of the Covid19 pandemic. The aim is to develop the society’s mandate “to promote trauma and emergency surgery in general and to disseminate interest, knowledge, and quality in these fields”.
By March 2022 there had been 28 webinars covering a wide range of trauma and emergency surgery topics and involving 84 contributors from around the world. Many of these are available to view on the ESTES YouTube channel. A list of previous webinars and links to available recordings can be found on this page.
We have an experienced webinar team who can not only deal with the technical side of these events, but have all contributed to the series from their clinical knowledge and experience. If you would like to put together a future webinar, please contact the webinar team through: office@estesonline.org
Details of future webinars can usually be found on the Event Calendar.
The 2025 ESTES Webinar Series is currently underway, and we are pleased to continue our call for moderators. These webinars are a key component of ESTES’ educational mission, delivering high-quality, multidisciplinary scientific content to our international community.
Each session offers a valuable opportunity for open discussion and knowledge sharing in the fields of emergency surgery, trauma care, and related specialties. Moderators play a vital role in ensuring the scientific rigor of the session, fostering dialogue, and maintaining a dynamic and engaging format.
We warmly invite colleagues who are passionate about education and scientific exchange to take part in this ongoing initiative. If you are interested in contributing as a moderator—or if you wish to suggest a colleague—please complete the brief proposal form available at the link below:
Your involvement is essential to the success of our webinars, and we sincerely thank you for your continued support.
